Krishma PG College of Education, Vill- Dadour, Po- Dhaban, Teh- Sadar, Distt- Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, under the Krishma Education Society has extended motherly hand for publication of Pedagogy of Learning (POL). The foundation stone of the college was laid down in 2002 by Shri Krishan Chand Ji, the Chairman of the Society, the great educationist and man of strong will and vision. The college started B.Ed programme with 100 seats in the year 2003. The college has never looked back since then and incessantly offering the courses such as: M.Ed since 2006 as well as D.El.Ed (JBT) since 2007. The college is established basically, to provide qualified teachers to the nation who can prepare ideal citizens for the nation and it believes in the ideology “Promotion of Excellence in Learning”.

Er. Lalit Pathak, the Managing Director of the college puts his emphasis on quality education in the form of bringing innovation in teaching learning process, conducting quality researches and organizing seminars, symposium etc. in a regular basis. The college is permanently affiliated to H.P.University, Shimla, India having NAAC Accredition ‘B’ Grade (CGPA 2.81); having Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) placement cell, guidance cell, grievance and redressal cell, women cell and extension cell etc. Pedagogy of Learning is the quality product of the college, publishing bi-annually (print) and quarterly as online.

Besides, the publication of the international journal of Education, there will be other academic activities required for development of education the country. The creative minds behind the journal have a vision for ‘The Education Forum of India’ (TEFI) with aims to give a research platform to the scholars of education; to organize national, international seminars; to render scholarships to poor and meritorious students those are interested in research in education.
